THIS YEAR THE RACE MOVES TO A SATURDAY!

Attention pigs, sows, piglets, barrows, and oinkers. Come join us for a 3.1 mile run/walk on Saturday, July 24th beginning at 7:00pm. It’s a great way to start the Jazz and RibFest weekend and a ton of fun. Guaranteed ugly technical shirts and fantastic grub at the Ribfest. Bring the kids for the McDonald’s Kids Run and a camera!

WHEN: Saturday, July, 24th 2010 = 7:00pm
McDonald’s Future Olympian Kids Race = 6:45pm

WHERE: Columbus Cultural Arts Center, Downtown Columbus. The Columbus Cultural Arts Center located is on (Main and Second) across from Bicentennial Park.

MCDONALDS "FUTURE OLYMPIAN" KIDS RUN: Don't forget to enter your kid(s) in the McDonalds "Future Olympian" Kids Run beginning at 6:45pm. It a 100 yard dash and includes a cool looking t-shirt and finisher medal. Kids must pre-register for this event by 7/22.

ABOUT THE COURSE: The 3.1 mile course runs along the beautiful tree lined Scioto River in downtown Columbus and starts and finishes just outside of the Columbus Cultural Arts Center. A course map may be accessed at www.ultrafit-usa.com.

SWAG BAGS: All participants will receive a goody bag consisting of a “guaranteed ugly” short sleeve technical shirt, EAS nutritional product, race number, post race food and beverage.

AWARDS/RACE RESULTS: The top 100 men and 100 women runners will be awarded custom glassware (mugs) with the official World Famous Pig Run logo. Times will be recorded and posted on our site. No age group awards. The top 3 OVERALL (men/women) receive plaques. All runners and walkers will have their finish times recorded and posted on-line following the race at www.ultrafit-usa.com.

ENTRY FEE: 5K: $32 Race Day: $35 *includes ugly technical shirt. KIDS RACE: $10 *includes t-shirt, finisher medal & treat.
